An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated registered nurse to join the Medicines Management and Pharmacy Services (MMPS) team on a 12-month secondment. Based within the Trust-wide MMPS team, this role will support the delivery of medicines management, patient safety, quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives across Leeds Teaching Hospitals. Working closely with nursing, pharmacy, medical and operational colleagues, you will lead and support a range of projects from development through to implementation, ensuring safe and effective medicines-related practices are embedded across clinical services.
This role is ideal for a senior nurse with strong leadership, communication and influencing skills who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and driving change. The successful candidate will have experience of leading service improvements, supporting clinical teams, developing policies and delivering education and training.
