Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends whilst catering to customer preferences.
- Manage food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely delivery during service hours.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently.
- Train new team members in food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Implement cost control measures without compromising quality or guest experience.

Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production and preparation.

- Experience in menu development, food presentation, and cooking techniques across various cuisines.
