Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.
Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist
Four gyms, a pool, and a Multi-Use Games Area, and one person makes sure none of it ever looks like work.
At Rova Health, we design, deliver, and scale world-class corporate wellbeing experiences for high-profile partners, because operational excellence isn’t the goal, it’s the baseline. A flagship London Client needs someone who can run it that way, every single day.
As Senior Performance Manager, you’ll lead the on-site and strategic delivery of wellness services across our client’s campus: four gyms and studios, a swimming pool, and a Multi-Use Games Area, plus the team of Performance Coaches, instructors and operators who bring them to life. It’s an even split between hands-on facility leadership and multi-regional strategic execution; budgets, metrics, community-building, and a client relationship you’ll own end to end. High visibility. High stakes. Built for someone who reads the terrain and keeps moving.
Built for people who read a room, adapt on the fly, and keep the whole operation moving.
