Welcome to Lunar Collectibles! We are a fast-growing, high-energy trading card business operating at the cutting edge of live commerce. We stream daily on Whatnot and TikTok, opening Pokémon packs and selling collectibles to an amazing, passionate community.
Because our live shows are fast, complex, and high-volume, our backstage operations need to be flawless. That’s where you come in. We are looking for a hyper-organized, detail-oriented Logistics & Packing Specialist to join our team and keep our shipping engine running smoothly.
The Role
As our Logistics Specialist, you are the final, crucial link between our live shows and our customers. You will be responsible for accurately sorting, securely packing, and swiftly shipping out orders. Some shows involve complex splits, specific custom requests, and high-value cards, meaning your attention to detail must be second to none.
You will report directly to the Head of Logistics, working together to ensure zero shipping errors and lightning-fast turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment: Safely handle, sleeve, top-load, and pack Pokémon cards and collectibles from fast-paced Whatnot and TikTok live streams.
- Complex Order Management: Accurately sort orders from "complex shows" (e.g., custom breaks, multi-order buyers, specific card holds).
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor packing supply levels (boxes, bubble mailers, top-loaders, sleeves, tape) and proactively notify the Head of Logistics when reorders are needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect items before shipping to ensure condition matches what was sold on stream and that no items are missed.
- Organization: Maintain a spotless, organized, and efficient workstation to maximize daily output.
What We Are Looking For

- Laser Focus: You can maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Pokémon/TCG Knowledge (A Huge Plus): If you know the difference between a common card and a high-value Secret Rare, you’ll hit the ground running. (Not mandatory, but you must be willing to learn fast!)
- Reliable & Fast: You take pride in your speed and efficiency without sacrificing the safety of the product.
- Team Player: You take direction well from the Head of Logistics and communicate clearly when challenges arise.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce fulfilment, warehouse logistics, or pick-and-pack roles is highly preferred.
- Basic computer/tablet literacy to navigate shipping software and stream order logs.
