We're now seeking an experienced OMS Administrator to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Plan and manage labour resources to meet operational demand and budget targets
Produce and analyse operational reports, KPIs and shift performance data
Coordinate recruitment, agency and workforce plans for peak and seasonal periods
Maintain workforce systems, records and reporting to ensure data accuracy
Support management with performance reviews, investigations and continuous improvement activities
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Resource planning and warehouse operations experience
Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
Are confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
