This evening shift this role is extremely hands on leading a small team as well as working alongside of them to get the job done. Wrapping on a flow wrap machine and picking and packing orders for our customers always ensuring the consistently high standards they are used to with outstanding efficiency. This is a shop floor vacancy, and you will do the same work as your team. Start time is 6.00pm so you must be able to get home in the early hours.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Ensure quality of product sent are the highest possible standard for our customers.
· Work toward zero picking and packing errors.
· Help resolve any issues that occur during the shift and report back any problems.
· Motivate and organise work within the team.
· Ensure product safety within the picking and packing on shift.
· Aid with training, development, and health & safety of your team.
· Offer regular feedback on your team to highlighting where extra training may be needed.
· Help maintain essential records & stock control records.
· Check all Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to.
· Help implement the companies Health & Safety Policy and Hygiene Regulations and all Company Policies.

This is a permanent position (32-38 hrs per week)
