As part of our events team, you’ll:
- Welcome, assist, and guide guests with a warm and professional approach
- Deliver outstanding customer service with confidence and clear communication
- Support crowd management, ticket checks, and access control
- Help create a safe, enjoyable environment by following health, safety, and venue procedures
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times
No two events are the same — every shift brings something new!
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Hold a Level 2/3 Certificate in Spectator Safety
- Are friendly, reliable, and confident when interacting with the public
- Remain calm, professional, and respectful under pressure
- Are a strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
- Are flexible and available for evenings and weekends
Experience is always welcome, but a positive attitude and great people skills matter most!
