Duties

- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services, ensuring customers receive personalised assistance.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements in service delivery.
- Assist customers with transaction processing, including payments and account updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and technical support to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in accordance with company policies.
- Follow up with customers post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Previous experience within financial services or related sectors is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify actionable insights.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
