The Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive an exceptional level of service throughout the tenancy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors on a daily basis.
- Coordinating maintenance issues and ensuring works are completed promptly and cost-effectively.
- Arranging and reviewing property inspections.
- Negotiating tenancy renewals.
- Handling deposit disputes where required.
- Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation.
- Building strong relationships with landlords through proactive communication.
- Delivering a first-class customer experience at every stage.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within residential property management is essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively under pressure.
- Highly professional with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident using property software and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
