We are a busy Private Dental Practice that offers bespoke dental treatments to all our patients.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for managing appointments, supporting the clinical team and ensuring a seamless patient journey from enquiry through to completion of treatment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally on arrival and departure
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using practice management software
- Handle incoming calls and convert enquiries into booked appointments
- Manage patient check in and check out processes accurately
- Maintain and update patient records
- Process payments and support treatment plan follow ups
- Liaise with clinicians and support diary optimisation
- Ensure reception and waiting areas remain tidy and welcoming
Skills & Experience
- Previous reception or administrative experience (dental preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional, calm and patient focused approach
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Experience using dental software (SOE/EXACT/Dentally)
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:45am – 6:00pm, Friday 8:45pm-4pm
- 1 hour unpaid lunch
- Occasional Saturday required
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
