About the Role
Aberdeen is recognised for its strong business community, technical expertise, and growing creative economy, and at Innova Media Solutions UK Ltd, we bring that same combination of innovation and commercial focus to digital media.
We help businesses create stronger digital experiences through creative technology, interactive content, web platforms, marketing systems, and multimedia production.
We are looking for a Senior Creative Technology Manager who can take ownership of complex digital projects and connect creative ideas with practical technology.
You will work closely with designers, developers, content specialists, marketing teams, and clients to deliver digital experiences that are visually engaging, technically reliable, and commercially effective.
You are not simply managing creative production. You are helping teams turn ambitious concepts into scalable digital products and campaigns.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our team is based near Union Street in central Aberdeen, providing easy access to the city’s business, retail, and transport connections. We support a collaborative environment where creative and technical specialists work together.
Creative Influence: You will help shape how technology is used across digital campaigns, websites, interactive experiences, and branded content.
Varied Projects: You will work across digital media, marketing technology, user experience, content production, and web development.
Modern Tools: Our teams use current design, development, analytics, content management, automation, and project collaboration platforms.
Growth: You will receive support for technical certifications, creative technology training, industry conferences, and continued professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Technology Strategy: Develop practical technology solutions that support creative concepts, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences.
- Digital Project Delivery: Manage projects from initial concept and technical planning through production, testing, launch, and evaluation.
- Cross Functional Coordination: Work with designers, developers, content teams, marketers, and external partners to maintain clear priorities and delivery standards.
- Technical Planning: Define project requirements, technical specifications, platform needs, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Experience Development: Support the creation of websites, interactive content, multimedia experiences, campaign platforms, and digital tools.
- Quality Assurance: Review digital outputs to ensure they meet creative, technical, accessibility, performance, and usability standards.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess new platforms, tools, and production methods that could improve creative quality or delivery efficiency.
- Client Collaboration: Present technical recommendations, project progress, creative solutions, and implementation plans to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Improve production workflows, technical documentation, collaboration methods, and quality control procedures.
- Team Support: Guide creative and technical specialists, provide constructive feedback, and promote effective collaboration across projects.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in creative technology, digital production, web development, interactive media, marketing technology, or a related field.
- Project Leadership: Strong experience managing complex digital projects involving creative, technical, and commercial stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of web technologies, content management systems, digital platforms, analytics, automation, and interactive media production.
- Creative Awareness: The ability to understand design concepts and translate them into realistic technical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English, with the confidence to explain technical information to clients and non-technical colleagues.
- Organisation: Strong ability to manage several workstreams, deadlines, dependencies, and changing project requirements.
- Problem Solving: A practical approach to resolving technical limitations, production risks, and delivery challenges.
- Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences.
- Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with creative, technical, marketing, and commercial teams.
