Female Domiciliary Care Assistant

We support people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes across Brighton & Hove.
About the Role
Due to the personal care requirements of our clients, this role is open to female applicants only.
You will visit clients in their own homes and provide high-quality, person-centred care.
This is a hands-on care role, supporting people with day-to-day tasks, companionship and personal care.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting and continence support
- Medication prompts
- Meal preparation
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping
- Following digital care plans
- Recording visits accurately
- Supporting clients with dignity, patience and respect
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Kind, patient and compassionate
- Reliable and professional
- Confident working independently
- Comfortable providing personal care
- A good communicator
- Able to build trust with clients and families
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Access to your own car preferred
- Able to reliably travel to calls across Brighton & Hove
- Good timekeeping and professionalism
- Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply
