Core Accounts Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable.
- Process monthly payroll and pensions.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Post invoices, track payments, and chase overdue accounts.
- VAT returns and communicate with accountants for year-end accounts.
Office Management Responsibilities
- First point of contact for many enquiries, managing incoming telephone call, emails and correspondence, ensuring queries are deal with professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Manage inventory, stationery, and office equipment.
- Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and IT support.
- Assist with basic human resources tasks like onboarding and personnel records.
- Implement and update office administrative policies.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in a mixed office and financial administration role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Sage cloud Payroll, Xero accounts
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
