We're recruiting a Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at Myers Building & Timber Supplies, Baildon.
Your primary aim will be to support the Branch Manager in driving operational effectiveness and improving / maintaining the highest standards within the branch. In doing so, this position plays vital role in the presentation of the branch and the achievement of sales budgets and profit growth.

What you'll be doing
- Contribute to the delivery of the MBTS sales and margin targets whilst maintaining a value proposition for the customer.
- Contribute to a proactive culture of H&S, ensuring everyone in the team complies with the Company HSE policies and procedures.
- Proactive leadership to direct reports; communicating effectively, identifying training needs, managing performance, and ensuring best utilization and engagement of the team.
