As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for potential patients considering dental treatment abroad. Your role will focus on building trust, providing detailed information and guiding patients through the consultation process. You will host in-person meetings, answer questions and help patients feel comfortable and informed before they travel to our clinic in Turkey.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and meet with new potential patients in our UK office
Present treatment options clearly and confidently
Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with patients
Guide patients through the pre-travel consultation journey
Provide excellent sales and customer service to support treatment conversions
Respond to enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms
Maintain patient records and follow-up communication
Represent our clinic professionally and warmly at all times
Requirements
Strong sales skills with experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Confident, friendly and professional manner
Ability to explain services clearly and build patient trust
Highly organized with good attention to detail
