Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team at our Thai takeaway. As a part-time staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Prepare food orders efficiently and with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
- Ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience at our restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is desirable but not essential
- Fluent in English and Thai but not essential
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Able to work well in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
