You will achieve this by communicating with individuals and by following the underpinning principles of person-centered support.
If you are honest, friendly, kind, highly motivated, fun, understanding, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in someone’s life, then we need to hear from you. Duties will include but not limited to-
· Empowering our service users through working as part of a team
· Planning, developing and implementing support plans/risk assessments that encourage independence and promote quality of life.
· Creating a conducive safe environment for the customers to thrive and be themselves.
The Role does include domestic tasks, including cooking and cleaning. Qualifications and experience are an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
