Within Anley Hall we aim to support people in the way they want to be supported. To achieve this, we use a person-centred approach and we will quite literally put the person at the centre of their support. We are a residential, nursing and a specialised home for dementia, situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Anley Hall is a grade 2 listed building, standing on several acres of beautiful, mature lawn and wooded grounds. We cater for all medical conditions including elderly, dementia, terminally ill and physically disabled. We also have short stay beds for medical and post-operative service users and we also offer respite care.
Your duties will include:
Personal care
Ensuring the residents are comfortable and happy
Making drinks
Serving meals
Assisting with activities
Attending to residents and their family members
Experience is desirable although not essential, as full training will be given. Progression within the home is achievable as we offer full training and the opportunity to complete Level 2 and 3 diplomas in Health and Social Care.
