Working Hours: 37.5 per week, including some Saturday working on a rota basis

At TMT First, we’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Customer Experience Advisor to join our growing team and help create outstanding experiences for customers using our repair services.
As the first and last point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every interaction is professional, supportive, and solution focused. From handling enquiries and booking repairs to guiding customers through quotations and payment options, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, face-to-face and online enquiries
- Supporting customers throughout their repair journey from booking to completion
- Assisting customers with our Meelie Mobile buyback service, helping them trade in and recycle old technology responsibly
- Providing accurate repair quotations and discussing payment options, including Klarna
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer records
- Working towards key performance targets including customer satisfaction and turnaround times
- Using Samsung systems and applications to support fault diagnosis and software resolutions
- Educating customers on device care and helping reduce repeat repairs
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a “first time, every time” customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills with a calm and confident approach
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- A positive team player who enjoys working in a busy environment
- Ability to take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Flexibility and adaptability with working hours when required
