Job Summary
Perugia Big Band Entertainment & Events Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Live Events Production Manager to lead the planning, technical production, and delivery of live entertainment and events.
The successful candidate will manage production teams, venues, suppliers, budgets, schedules, and technical requirements to deliver professional concerts, corporate events, private functions, and live entertainment experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead live event production from planning through delivery and breakdown
- Manage production schedules, budgets, logistics, and technical requirements
- Coordinate audio, lighting, staging, video, rigging, and event infrastructure
- Manage production crews, technicians, freelancers, and suppliers
- Work closely with artists, performers, venues, clients, and event teams
- Prepare production plans, schedules, technical specifications, and event documentation
- Manage equipment, transport, installation, rehearsals, and sound checks
- Monitor event quality, health and safety, and operational standards
- Resolve technical and production issues during live events
- Manage suppliers, quotations, contracts, and production costs
Requirements
- Experience in live events, entertainment production, technical production, or event management
- Experience coordinating production teams, suppliers, venues, or performers
- Good understanding of audio, lighting, staging, video, or event-production systems
- Strong project-management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple events, schedules, and changing priorities
- Knowledge of event health and safety practices is preferred
- Relevant production, events, technical, or equivalent professional experience is advantageous

Pay: £48,000.00-£62,000.00 per year
