Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to create a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests or staff. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold the quality and appearance of our spaces, making them inviting and safe for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common spaces
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to maintain high standards of hygiene
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Maintain a tidy storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools safely and effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
