- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and organisation of all documentation.
- Maintain infection control standards by sterilising equipment and adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Support with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, updating patient information, and managing correspondence.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
- Ensure the clinical environment remains clean, organised, and welcoming for patients and staff alike.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in patient care within a dental setting is preferred.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Basic knowledge of nursing principles relevant to dental care.
- Familiarity with IT systems used for record keeping and appointment management.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear explanations and reassurance to patients.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
