About the Role
Star United SOK is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead key human resources initiatives and support a positive, high-performing workplace. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational HR guidance while helping employees and leaders succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and workplace matters.
- Coordinate performance management and employee development activities.
- Support workforce planning and organizational initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR management or senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional HR qualifications are an advantage.
