We're looking for an experienced chef to join our kitchen team and help us continue delivering the quality and consistency that Native Burger has become known for.
This role is split between our busy Bodmin restaurant and our Native Burger Truck, serving everything from packed summer services to weddings, events and festivals. No two weeks are quite the same, which makes it a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
You'll be:
- Working across our Bodmin restaurant and Native Burger Truck.
- Preparing and cooking food to consistently high standards.
- Running sections confidently during busy services.
- Helping maintain excellent food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Supporting and developing junior members of the kitchen team.
- Contributing ideas and taking pride in every plate that leaves the pass.
- Bringing energy, organisation and a positive attitude to every shift.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous experience in a busy kitchen environment.
- Can remain calm under pressure and enjoys a fast-paced service.
- Takes pride in producing quality food.
- Works well as part of a team and leads by example.
- Has great attention to detail and high standards.
- Is reliable, hardworking and eager to grow with the business.
- Holds a driving licence (preferred, due to the truck and event work).
