We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our fantastic TFG team in our new location - Springfeild community campus.
We are hiring multiple people for this postition and are looking to build a strong team.
The role is mixed; Customer service and barista being the main duties as well as, food prep, service, cleaning, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly, alongside front of house and barista duties.
After training, you’ll be confident working independently in the kitchen during shifts, so we’re looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated, and able to manage their time well in a busy environment.
Shifts are between 8am–6pm, with weekend flexibility required.

Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential for the right person.
