We're looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join us immediately. Whether you're an experienced CDP looking for a fresh challenge or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Running your section with confidence and consistency.
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients.
- Maintaining excellent food quality and presentation.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef during service.
- Supporting stock control, food safety and kitchen organisation.
- Helping maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen.
- A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Reliability, professionalism and a desire to learn.
