We are looking for an experienced and organised Cook in Charge to oversee all aspects of catering at Ardentinny Centre.
The role involves catering for visiting school groups during the week and supporting a more varied and sometimes demanding weekend service. Weekend hours are compensated through time off in lieu or paid at the standard hourly rate.
Responsibilities include:
- Meal preparation and service
- Cook Safe record keeping
- Budget management and portion control
- Ensuring all dietary requirements are safely met
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation
Routine Hours:
- Monday: 10am-2pm & 4pm-7pm (Or 10am-7pm)
- Tuesday: 7am-11am & 4pm-7pm
- Wednesday: 7am-11am & 4pm-7pm
- Thursday: 7am-11am & 4pm-7pm
- Friday: 7am-11am
