We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered correctly.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering excellent guest services.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, with an understanding of serving techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food preparation techniques.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills.
- Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional time management abilities to handle busy service periods effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
Along with the hourly pay, employees are eligible to enter into the tronic trunk system. This being a share in the 12.5% service charge + distribution of cash tips amongst the team.

Pay: £12.71-£14.40 per hour
