At Radnor Hills, we’ve been crafting award-winning soft drinks for over 35 years using pure spring water sourced just metres from our site. From bottled and canned drinks to TetraPak products, we proudly supply schools, shops, and supermarkets across the UK.
The Role
As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Production Operative to join our fast-paced Production Department. If you’re enthusiastic, eager to learn and looking for a new challenge then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Production Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our operations – ensuring the lines run efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Running production lines across our factory.
· Carrying out and record quality checks.
· Recording downtime of equipment accurately.
· Ensuring equipment is kept clean through regular hygiene procedures.
· Adhering to health and safety policies and working to risk assessments.
What We’re Looking For
· Strong English and Maths skills
· Reliable, flexible and a good team player.
· Hard working, enthusiastic and eager to develop.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
· Safety conscious.
· Basic IT skills.
· Food Safety Level 2 qualification would be advantageous
Rate of Pay: £14.10
Optional overtime is paid at 1.5 x your hourly rate.
Location: Heartsease, Knighton
Hours: 12-hour shifts, working a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern rotating between 06:00 – 18:00 and 18:00 every 2 blocks.
