We’re looking for an exceptional Front of House Senior Server to join us at the FUEL restaurant situated within Athelis Health Club.
Located in Warrington, Athelis is the UK’s newest, luxury health and fitness club. Five-star facilities will include a luxurious indoor/outdoor swimming pool, an exquisite spa, and a state-of-the-art, high spec gym. Fuel is Athelis's family friendly restaurant and will be home to a delicious variety of healthy and nutritious meals constructed to energise your workouts and delight your tastebuds.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to innovate, deliver excellence and help in the overall functioning of the front of house team.
The right team member uplifts the dining experience for customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities include providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front of house duties and operating the pass. If you are able to perform well in fast-paced environments, we’d like to meet you. To be a successful team member, you should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen and Front of House Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
Keep in mind that Team Members duties will require you to work weekends and cover holidays.
Front of House Job Duties:
- Completes orders according to the customer's preferences
- Employs food safety best practices and makes sure that all staff members do the same
- Acts with appropriate caution in a dangerous environment where there are knives and high-temperature surfaces
- Able to follow standard task procedures
- To have a friendly and warming demeanour when dealing with customers, even when faced with a displeased member
- Open to learning new skills, whilst working across a number of areas in the front of house
- Works quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends and evenings
- Takes direction and works with the restaurant's administrative team
- Completes daily Healthy and Safety checks and all necessary paperwork
