About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting client campaigns, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll gain practical experience across campaign management, customer acquisition, client services, and business development.
This role offers plenty of variety, responsibility, and opportunities to grow within a supportive and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns
- Building and maintaining positive customer and client relationships
- Assisting with customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Supporting campaign planning, coordination, and execution
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to management
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives
- Assisting with market research and competitor analysis
- Providing exceptional customer service and client support
- Contributing ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and overall results
