In this Supported Living Support Worker role, you will be supporting individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills.
You will foster a safe and inclusive environment for individuals under your support while collaborating with a team of professionals to create and implement individualised progress plans.
You would be required to document and report any changes in behaviour to the appropriate personnel, while encouraging and facilitating community engagement and social activities.
Supported Living Support Worker Person specification:
We're looking for a Support Worker than can easily build solid working relationships quickly, with a warm, relaxed demeanour. For this reason, strong communication skills are a must.
The ideal candidate will be able to take the rough with the smooth and not take things to heart. So, an empathetic, sympathetic approach to those you support is a must as our clients have enduring long-term mental health conditions and potentially criminal backgrounds.

You must hold a full UK Driving License with business insurance.
Excellent English is essential.
Working Hours
This position is full-time, which will include working alternate weekends, bank holidays, possible sleep-ins or waking nights.
