As a Joiner, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling various wooden structures. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and working with different materials. ```Duties:```
- Measure, cut, and shape wood pieces according to specifications
- Assemble wooden components using nails, screws, or adhesives
- Install doors, windows, and other fixtures
- Repair or replace damaged wooden structures
- Plumb and level structures to ensure proper alignment
- Work with other tradespeople, such as electricians or masons, to complete projects
- Paint or finish wood surfaces as needed
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Joiner
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and woodworking principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and well as part of a team
