We're instructed on an IT & Telecoms Associate opportunity with a leading US law firm in London.
You'll advise private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, corporates and technology providers on a broad range of technology, telecommunications and commercial contracting matters. The role offers exposure to complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including technology acquisitions, outsourcing arrangements, software licensing, digital infrastructure projects, cloud services agreements and wider technology-driven M&A transactions.
Requirements
- 4–5 PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
- Experience advising on technology, telecommunications, commercial contracts and/or outsourcing matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and commercial awareness.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
