We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our NEW restaurant opening soon. This restaurant is a 2nd branch streetfood (Mexican, Indian, Medditerianian food) casual dining restaurant located in central Birmingham. Indian cooking knowledge essential.
The successful candidate will ideally be a professional qualified chef who has a background of cooking in multiple cuisines.
The person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and inspiring a team of culinary professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand.
Experience in brunch and making home made desserts is a bonus.
