We provide personalised customer services for Brides/Prom girls, and their party, to select wedding/prom dresses and coordinating accessories
- Developed exceptional rapport with brides and bridal party
- Enhance customer satisfaction with follow-up courtesy calls
- Newly trained/hired Customer Service are required to maintain Bridal Factory Outlet/Princess Prom's customer service standards
- Effectively communicate with and present information to customers, vendors, peers and all levels of management to gain knowledge of the current needs of customers.
- Possess strong sense of urgency and an enthusiasm for learning to share expertise with each bride.
- Achieve sales goals on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Ability to speak with customers face to face and on the phone
- Focus on providing excellent customer service by getting to know customer on a personal level
- Work one-on-one with customers to ensure that they are comfortable

Greet, register, and create system profiles for all new customers
- Assist brides in selecting and accessorising their wedding dress including helping them in and out of dresses so the job is suitable for females only
- Developed a trusting relationship and positive rapport with all brides and bridal party

- Responsible for periodically checking orders and keeping brides informed of the location of her order.

- Assist bridal clients in selecting bridal gowns and accessories.
- Place bridal orders and close the final sale by accepting cash, credit card, and deposits

Salary: £10.00-£12.21 per/hour (Subject to age)
