Door Supervisors Required – Live Music, Club & Rock Events
This role will initially be offered on a cover basis, with the opportunity to progress to more regular shifts as they become available.

We are on the lookout for professional, confident Door Supervisors to join our team, working across some of the Midlands’ most exciting rock venues, live gigs, and music events.
If you thrive in high-energy environments, love live music, and can keep things safe while the crowd rocks out, we want you on our team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing entry points, ID checks, and crowd flow
- Keeping venues safe while maintaining a great atmosphere
- Handling incidents calmly and professionally—even in high-energy settings
- Providing top-level customer service
- Maintaining a strong, visible, and approachable security presence
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor License (Required)
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Previous experience preferred but not essential

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
