Our team is currently recruiting for a Massage Therapist (self-employed) to join our thriving multi-disciplinary natural therapy clinic in the charming town of Steyning, West Sussex.
Our clinic has an established high street presence and we would like our candidate to help our massage team's development at our clinic.
The ideal candidate will be a practitioner looking to grow their brand and reputation as a therapist. We look to recruit hard working therapists who buy into our clinic's philosophy and mission.
As our Massage Therapist you will be responsible for providing a high quality and welcoming experience for our clients. Our clinic will also provide promotion to help support your growth as a therapist.
The ideal Massage Therapist will be reliable, efficient and be able to provide excellent treatments to give the customers an enjoyable experience and improved sense of well-being. We are looking for a therapist with strong communication skills and you must be professional and innovative within your approach and continuously strive to improve.
This role will include:
- Promoting the health and wellness benefits to clients of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
- Designing specific sessions based on client’s individual needs.
- Working as an independent practitioner taking responsibility for the management of patients without direct supervision.
- Record patient documentation with accurate information to reflect the care provided and to meet professional standards and clinic policies.
Your essential skills:
