They offer an experienced mechanic excellent long-term security, paid qualifications, and a supportive, zero-weekend schedule.
- Base Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year basic (DOE)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays (No Weekends!)

- Perform routine multi-brand servicing, scheduled maintenance, and general mechanical repairs across customer cars and prestige vehicles.

Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.

Undertake or develop specialist skills in gearbox servicing, transmission care, and drive-train repairs.

Complete multi-point health checks, brake replacements, and air con system recharges.

Maintain clean workshop job records and collaborate with a close-knit team to manage turnaround times smoothly.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on workshop experience in servicing and repair.

Requirements: Full valid UK Driving Licence.

Technical Capability: Strong background in general mechanical repairs, health checks, and fault isolation (transmission experience is a plus, but not essential—training provided!).
