Description
We're looking for caring and dedicated professionals to join our Nursery Nurse team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about facilitating the children's learning, providing quality care and communicating with parents. As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children aged 0–5 years. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate, creative, and engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Supporting children’s physical, emotional, social, and educational development
- Observing and assessing children’s progress and maintaining accurate records
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider nursery team
- Promoting a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
- Contributing to team meetings, training, and continuous professional development
- Supporting the nursery’s values of inclusivity, kindness, and community
Entry requirements
Grade 4 (C) or above GCSE Maths & English
