Are you passionate about education and helping young learners achieve their academic goals? Join our team as an 11+ Private Tutor, where you'll play a crucial role in preparing students aged 8-10 for their 11+ entrance exams
What We’re Looking For
Necessary Requirements:
- GCSE English Language Grade 7 or above.
- GCSE Mathematics Grade 7 or above.
- Prevous 11+ teaching experience
- Strong numerical ability.
- Exceptional reading comprehension and vocabulary.
- Clear and confident articulation (crucial for teaching Verbal Reasoning).
- Ability to quickly learn new topics and adapt to changes in exam formats (e.g. Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning updates).
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience.
- Familiarity with the 11+ exam process, including all components (Numerical Reasoning, English, Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning).
- Attendance at a Grammar School (past or present).

Selection Process:
1. Online Interview: Conducted with the Head of 11+ Content Creation and Teaching Methodology. This includes:
- One teaching exercises.
- Knowledge-based questions to test numerical and verbal ability
2. Tutor Trial: A trial session at one of our branches for successful interviewees.
3. Feedback: All applicants will receive constructive feedback on their performance.
