Key Responsibilities
- Delivering personal care in line with individual care plans
- Supporting with medication following Clarity Homecare policies and training
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
- Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with light household tasks
- Maintaining accurate, clear, and timely records
- Upholding Clarity Homecare’s safeguarding standards and reporting concerns promptly
- Working collaboratively with families, colleagues, and external professionals
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful individuals
- Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Willingness to complete mandatory training and ongoing development
- A driver with access to a vehicle is essential
- individuals who can work early mornings, evenings and at least every other weekend
