We place senior leaders across risk, compliance, audit, actuarial, data and AI functions, and deliver targeted academy programs on leadership, regulation, and sector transformation.
The Role
We are building our first network of independent Strategic Partners to support our commercial growth across the UK and Europe. This is a freelance, non-exclusive partnership designed for senior professionals who want to monetise their existing network on their own terms.
Your responsibilities
- Identify and introduce potential clients within your senior network (C-suite, HR, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Data, L&D)
- Qualify client needs and facilitate introductions to the Tyros Group team
- Represent Tyros Group at sector events and executive forums
- Support visibility through thought leadership and strategic networking
Commission Structure
- 500 GBP per Academy session placed (programs from 2,500 GBP)
- 10% revenue share on enterprise multi-session partnerships
- No cap. No exclusivity. No day-to-day involvement required.
What We're Looking For
- Senior background in business development, partnerships or client management within banking, insurance, financial services or professional services
- Active, mobilisable decision-maker network (C-suite, HR Directors, Risk/Compliance Heads)
- Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate complex value propositions
- Self-driven, commercially minded, results-oriented
- Knowledge of executive search or strategic advisory is a strong advantage
- Based in UK or French-speaking Europe
