Culverwells is a well-established, family-run business based in Robertsbridge. We have been supplying and servicing Subaru cars and Isuzu pick-ups for nearly 40 years, and have proudly delivered a premium customer experience for over 90 years.
We are currently seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for all service customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Handling customer enquiries efficiently, both in person and over the telephone.
- Accurately booking in vehicles for service, MOT, or repair work, ensuring all information is recorded correctly.
- Liaising with the workshop team to ensure updates are provided on vehicle progress.
- Explaining maintenance work, additional repairs, costs, and timescales to customers in a clear and transparent manner.
- Proactively up-selling products and services such as service plans, extended warranties, and accessories.
- Processing invoices, payments, and warranty documentation with accuracy.
- Managing aftersales administration, including warranty claims and follow-up calls.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (or in a similar customer service role within the motor trade).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in working under pressure and handling busy service schedules.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail and IT skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to up-sell and meet targets.
