Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, skilled in food and beverage preparation, and capable of supporting various operational tasks within our establishment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, adhering to quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure freshness and visual appeal.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including counters, equipment, and dining spaces.
- Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including handling payments and giving correct change.
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving or other tasks as required.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to minimise wait times for customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
- Experience in serving food and beverages efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time keeping and presentation and creativity at creating new food and drink menus
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating independence when needed.
- Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills.

Pay: £12.21-£16.71 per hour
