Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide essential assistance and guidance to individuals in need. The role involves working closely with young people, offering mentoring, support, and educational activities. The successful candidate will play a vital part in fostering a safe, nurturing environment that promotes personal development and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalised support to young people, encouraging their social, emotional, and educational development
- Assist in planning and delivering support needs to meet the individual.
- Offer mentoring to promote confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
- Maintain accurate records of progress and any concerns regarding the individuals supported
Experience
- Previous experience working with young people who have suffered with PTSD, Addiction, Homelessness is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability in mentoring or coaching roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of educational techniques or teaching methods is beneficial
- Experience in supporting individuals with diverse needs will be considered an asset
- A caring attitude combined with excellent communication skills is essential for success in this role

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
