Role Overview
We are seeking a motivate telesales assistant to join our sales team. As a telesales assistant you will be responsible for contacting existing and potential customers by phone to promote our product and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and fluency in English. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a close knit team environment and is driven to contribute to the growth of a family run business.
Previous experience is desirable however not necessary. Full training will be provided to successful candidates.
Main Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
- Promote current offers, new products and services
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
