An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Ford & Suzuki dealership in Haywards Heath as a Service Advisor.
As you will be the first point of contact for the Service Department, you will need to have an excellent level of communication and presentation.
You will possess good organisational skills, confidence and be computer literate as all systems are computer based.
Booking customers vehicles into the Service Department both over the phone and face to face will require good communication skills. You will be responsible for explaining and selling the repair process and cost breakdown whilst building customer relations and delivering a fantastic level of Customer Service.
Monday to Friday 08.00 - 18.00; Saturdays on a rota. 1 in 4.
Salary/bonus dependent on experience and skills.
