Job Duties:
· Lead quality investigations and implement corrective actions.
· Drive continuous improvement across production and quality processes.
· Manage customer quality requirements and resolve quality issues.
· Prepare customer quality documentation, including PSWs and capability reports.
· Lead internal, customer and certification audits.
· Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001/AS9100).
· Monitor quality KPIs, product traceability and calibration systems.
· Manage, coach and develop the quality team.
· Work closely with production, suppliers and customers to maintain high-quality standards.
· Promote safe working practices and a strong quality culture.
What we are looking for:
· Previous experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer role.
· Experience within CNC machining, precision engineering or high-specification manufacturing.
· Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ideally AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
· Experience managing and improving Quality Management Systems.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
· Experience with audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
· Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
· Experience managing, coaching and developing a small team.
· Knowledge of inspection processes and metrology equipment.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
