Our portfolio includes offices, retail parades, industrial estates and residential developments ranging from listed buildings to modern mixed-use schemes.
Unlike many larger firms, we do not place surveyors into narrow specialisms. From your first day, you will work directly with experienced Chartered Surveyors, clients and property owners, managing your own portfolio while gaining exposure to a broad range of professional work.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage a portfolio of commercial and residential investment properties.
· Build relationships with landlords, tenants, leaseholders and professional advisers.
· Prepare and manage service charge budgets and year-end reconciliations.
· Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals and landlord & tenant matters.
· Manage planned maintenance, refurbishment and major works projects.
· Administer Section 20 consultation procedures for residential developments.
· Manage insurance claims and reinstatement projects.
· Instruct and oversee contractors, consultants and professional advisers.
· Prepare reports, correspondence and recommendations for clients.
· Identify opportunities to improve property performance and add value.
About You
· MRICS qualified (newly or recently qualified).
· Degree in Real Estate, Property or a related discipline.
· Strong knowledge of commercial and residential property.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
· Well organised and able to manage a varied workload.
· Confident using Microsoft Office; MRI Qube experience is advantageous but not essential.
· Full UK driving licence preferred.
